Copyright Policy

By purchasing a template, you agree that:

Each template purchase may be used for one project only (eg: 1 Squarespace Template purchase = 1 Website)

If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as your own.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. 

You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.

The design is copyrighted by Victoria Trogani and Victoria Trogani owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase and design.

Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that all of our products are digital, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please be sure to review the template demos and features, the FAQs and program requirements prior to purchasing. If you have any template specific questions, please contact us before you purchase at toritrogani@gmail.com.

Template Support Policy

We are happy to help you with issues relating to the template itself, the install/build, the downloads, the provided files + any problems that might arise with these. 

Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity to help with general Squarespace related questions, template modifications, coding modifications or any problems that might arise from them, or any problems you are having with software.

Template Installation Policy

This install service available as part of your template purchase will transfer your chosen Squarespace Template into your Squarespace account as a new website, but NOT into a live website. If you have a live website on Squarespace, we recommend manually transferring (copy + pasting) your content over to the new site. If you have a lot of blog posts, shop items or items that can’t be easily manually transferred, please contact us to discuss what the best option for you will be.

We will always do our best to have your template installed within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances and although unlikely, we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer. Please contact us if it has been over 48 hours and you are waiting for an install. Please note that there may be a delay on this time frame over the weekend.

Once the template is installed into your account, it is no longer ours and IT is your responsibility to add your own content + edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot come back into the site and reverse them.

Victoria Trogani reserves the right to decline or cancel any installation at any time. In the event of an Template order being cancelled, Victoria Trogani will refund the full amount of the template purchase.

Other notes

Please note that due to the design limitations of Canva, there may be some slight differences between the Template Demo graphics and the Canva Templates, and, some design elements provided in the Canva templates might not be as customizable as they would be in a program like photoshop. In most cases there’s little to no difference and almost all elements are completely customizable. If this is a concern for you, please contact us with the specific template you are enquiring about, and we can tell you exactly what differences or limitations there may be. Depending on the template, you may need to upgrade to 'Canva pro' (a paid version of Canva) for best results, which is available as a 30 day free trial.

You will need a Squarespace subscription and you will need a Canva account to use these templates. Please read each template description carefully to see what is needed for that particular template.
